• Usage information. Basic technical data such as pages viewed, browser type, and approximate location, collected automatically to keep the site secure and working properly.

• Respond to inquiries and provide announcing, production, and rental services.
• Prepare and send estimates, invoices, and receipts.
• Publish event listings, schedules, and announcer profiles you ask us to display.
• Send newsletters or updates you have opted into (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• Improve the website and protect it from abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. Announcer profiles, testimonials, event listings, and other content submitted for publication are visible to the public. Please only submit details you are comfortable sharing publicly.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Event coverage may include youth athletics; if you believe a child's information was submitted to us, contact us and we will remove it.
