About
Jarrod Wronski is one of the most versatile sports announcing and game presentation professionals in the country. His career began in 1992 when, as a freshman at W.T. Woodson High School in Fairfax, Virginia, he stepped behind the microphone for the JV Baseball team — and never looked back. What started as a passion project became a 30-year career that has taken him from high school gymnasiums to championship arenas across the country. As the Voice of the Hershey Bears (AHL) since 2016, Jarrod has become synonymous with one of professional hockey's most celebrated traditions — the annual Teddy Bear Toss, which set AHL World Records in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025. His presence at the mic transforms moments into memories. At Monumental Sports & Entertainment, Jarrod directed game entertainment across four franchises simultaneously — the Washington Mystics, Capital City Go-Go, Washington Valor, and Baltimore Brigade. He served as Game Presentation Director for both the 2018 Arena Bowl and the 2018 WNBA Finals, cementing his reputation at the highest levels of sports entertainment. As Game Presentation Director for the NCAA Division III Championships and the Old Dominion Athletic Conference since 2013, Jarrod brings national-championship energy to every event — scripting, directing special effects, coordinating video boards, and hosting athlete welcome banquets. Jarrod is the founder and Chief Entertainment Officer of SportsAnnouncing.com — a professional hub for the game presentation community where announcers, DJs, directors, and operators connect, learn, and grow. His standard: #ProfessionalFeel.
